PROJECTS

Proof of what we can build.

Our projects are not simply finished products. They show how formulation, pod structure, mold design, process engineering and manufacturing capability are combined to solve real market requirements.

WHAT OUR PROJECTS DEMONSTRATE

Capability is visible in the problem solved.

We use selected projects to show the complete path from market requirement to a product that can be manufactured repeatedly.

Product Design

Turn brand positioning and consumer needs into a feasible unit-dose product.

Formulation

Balance performance, compatibility, stability, cost and local market requirements.

Manufacturing Engineering

Connect mold, filling, sealing, PVA and equipment into a repeatable process.

Commercial Scale-Up

Move from validation and pilot production toward stable commercial manufacturing.
AUSTRALIA · FGB

Turning eucalyptus heritage into a differentiated laundry pod.

The FGB project connected brand heritage, eucalyptus oil, product geometry and detergent formulation into a product with a clear visual and functional identity.

Brand translated into product structure

The eucalyptus leaf became part of the product language rather than remaining only on the package.

Formula and structure developed together

Eucalyptus oil, detergent performance and the pod manufacturing process were considered as one development problem.

A product with a reason to exist

The result was not a generic private-label pod with a new logo, but a product connected to the customer's own brand assets.
TÜRKIYE · RENAX / ETAP KIMYA

Building a flexible platform instead of a single product line.

The Renax project was designed for more than the first dishwasher pod. Equipment, formulation support and product development were organized so the same manufacturing platform could evolve with the market.

Start with a commercially relevant product

The initial project established local dishwasher pod manufacturing capability.

Preserve product-upgrade interfaces

The manufacturing platform allowed new molds and formulas to be introduced without rebuilding the whole production system.

Expand into a product matrix

Renax later extended the platform into upgraded dishwasher products, laundry pods and OEM production.
PROJECT CAPABILITY

What we are actually proving.

A project is valuable when the customer leaves with a repeatable capability—not only a machine, a formula or a sample.

From brand idea to physical product

Translate positioning, use case and consumer value into formula, structure and presentation.

From formula to manufacturable system

Coordinate PVA, mold, filling, sealing and process parameters around the formula.

From one SKU to a flexible platform

Create enough manufacturing flexibility for future molds, formulas and product upgrades.

From prototype to production

Validate difficult points at small scale before moving into repeat commercial manufacturing.

From supplier list to working supply chain

Connect film, ingredients, packaging, process knowledge and manufacturing resources.

From first launch to future expansion

Build interfaces that allow product evolution without unnecessary reinvestment.
MORE PROJECT TYPES

More cases can live on dedicated project pages.

The main Projects page should stay focused. Additional cases can be organized by the capability they demonstrate.

Product Upgrade

Improving yield, performance, stability or flexibility of an existing pod product.

Powder + Liquid

Projects using multiple material states to solve compatibility or performance constraints.

Multi-Chamber

Separate incompatible ingredients and create differentiated product architecture.

Factory Capability Building

Help an existing detergent company establish or upgrade unit-dose production capability.

Private Label Scale-Up

Move a defined product into efficient, repeatable commercial manufacturing.

Specialty Products

Non-standard formulas, shapes, functions or markets that need more development work.
HOW A PROJECT MOVES

Requirement to repeatable manufacturing.

The exact path varies, but the logic is consistent: reduce uncertainty before adding scale.

Define

Market, consumer, target performance and commercial constraints.

Develop

Formula, structure, PVA, mold and manufacturing route.

Validate

Prototype, compatibility, stability and performance testing.

Pilot

Small-batch production and process repeatability.

Scale

Commercial manufacturing and future product expansion.
