Formulation

We develop pod formulations around the required cleaning function, ingredient compatibility and target market. Our experience covers liquid, powder and hybrid systems, including enzymes, polymers, bleaching systems, catalysts and other functional ingredients. The formulation is designed together with the pod structure and manufacturing process—not as an isolated recipe.

Pod Structure

We treat the pod as an active content delivery system. Single-chamber, multi-chamber, powder-liquid and multi-phase structures are selected according to ingredient compatibility, functional separation and dosage requirements. Custom molds and chamber ratios can also be developed for differentiated products.

Pilot Manufacturing

Our own development and pilot manufacturing capability is focused on specialty, highly customized and technically complex products. We can quickly move from concept and formulation to mold testing, prototype production and pilot batches, allowing the product and process to be validated before large-scale investment.

Commercial Scale

Once the product and process are validated, production can be transferred to the most suitable manufacturing route. Standard and high-volume products can be produced through qualified partner factories, while specialty and highly customized products can remain within our own manufacturing system. This gives customers both technical flexibility and commercial-scale efficiency.
